About Western Nails & Spa
Western Nails & Spa is a clean and well-maintained salon with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is generally friendly, skilled, and attentive, with many customers leaving with beautifully done nails. Their gel manicures and pedicures are noted as long-lasting and offered in a great selection of colors, with reasonable prices for the quality of service. Customers have had beautiful experiences with acrylic hand nails for special occasions. While some experiences highlight exceptional service, particularly from specific staff members for pedicures, manicures, and acrylics, other reviews mention issues. These include receiving product on the eye during lash services and instances of rough treatment or discomfort during pedicures, with one customer experiencing skin being scrubbed too much and another feeling the technician went too deep during nail care. It appears the experience can vary depending on the technician chosen for pedicures and manicures. The salon also features mukbangs or food vlogs playing in the background.

I have 3 go to spots in the area and this is definitely one of them. 🙂
I got my nails done and they turned out really good even though it wasn’t the color I wanted and I went to go get my lashes done, but they were really long and I asked to cut them down but I blinked and got glue on my bottom lid so I asked for something to wipe it off and the lady handed me acetone but I didn’t use it so I don’t think she used the right glue. An d now my eyes hurt
I got my wedding nails here and they were beautiful (acrylic hand nails). I loved them! However, last time I came Susan wasn't available for my pedicure and I let someone else do it and that was a mistake. The lady scrubbed too much skin of my big toe and left it almost raw tot he touch for the next couple of weeks. I'm back again today and Susan is off on Sunday's and Monday's now. So I decided to give someone else (not the lady from last time) a try and she was a bit rough and massage was very light not really a massage. She also kept trying to upgrade me to the next pedicure option when I told her what I wanted 3 times. Then after the massage she asked if I wanted longer for $10 dollars, but it wasn't that good to begin with so I said no thank you. She then went to dig underneath my mail pretty far, while I appreciate the thorough work, she went too deep and hurt me a couple times and then laughed when I told her to stop. I think it's the language barrier. Other times I've come and I've had a much better experience, I guess it depends on who you choose to do your pedicure and manicure/acrylics. Susan is great for pedi and mani and Wendy and Lisa are great for Acrylics, if you're thinking of stopping by or making an appointment ask for them. They are generally nice and have mukbangs or food vlogs playing in the background which I appreciate as a foodie. Pro tip: Wendy does excellent eyebrow wax!
