The owner and staff are knowledgeable, reliable, and honest and prices are great. What really sets this business apart is that they are not focused on making a sale at all costs. If I am considering a product that is not necessary, the owner will tell me so and explain the best solution instead. That level of honesty is rare. The quality of their work is also outstanding. If they cant do it it cant be done! They do house calls and will come solve tough lock and key problems! We have been using them for years and they are the best in town! Don't get confused with any other vendor!

I went in to get some special keys duplicated, and there wasn't any fuss or complaints from either side of the counter. Keys got made and was reasonably priced. This was Jan 24
