My Husband hired him in 2012 to do a trust for my MIL and her sister who was on Hospice. Sister died in 2012 and MIL died in 2016. We dept my B Il up to date on what we were doing. But my Bil Wanted us to sell now, but didn't tell us, so he hired McCarthy to sue us. We got our on Attorney to settle her trust. That Atorney told us that the Trust McCarthy did wasn't very good, and he thought it was a conflict of interest for him to handle suing us since we hired him to do the trust. If you want it done right go to someone else. One thing I can say is he came to the house.

I needed my trust (that he originally created) ammended. I took the time to amend it in Word in redline and sent it to Mr. McCarthy. He wanted to go through the document, which was fine, but as I was trying to explain that it was all there in the document in red, he condescendingly interrupted me more than once, to tell me to "be quiet, I'm trying to write. I can't write and talk at the same time." I was trying to explian what was in the ammended document to him. He was taking notes by hand and got angry that I said that it was all there already, and we could just read through it. Has Absolutely no Patience With his clients.Also, You would think he had a little empathy, he has none! I don't recommend this lawyer to anyone!
