The service was prompt, professional and economical. I was able to do most of the arrangements online via email and LaShon's expertise was key in making sure I had everything I needed before my flight for a funeral overseas. Their no nonsense approach is a breath of fresh air. I will be using Neptune in the future and would recommend LaShon and her team to others.

I had never before been with a loved one when they passed on. The Hospice nurse asked who I would contact when it happened. I said 911, and he told me I had to contact a morgue. He suggested Neptune Society as he had worked with them when his brother passed on. While one of the saddest experiences of my life, Neptune Society made it one of the most dear experiences. Within an hour, I was notified they were on their way to pick up my husband. The two people who came to the house were kind, respectful, patient, and caring. My friend passed away recently from a long stint in a board and care facility. All arrangements were made with Neptune Society in advance. They made the entire process simple and thoughtful. Very pleased with how they handled all the details. Once again, thank you.
