I had a small roofing job in San Pedro and wanted someone local to do the work. The motor for the exhaust fan on the roof of our garage burned out with age. I called Mike Collins at Great American and without hesitation he said that they could do that. He came out, took a look, told me right away how they were going to do it and about how much it would cost. Shortly after, he and a couple of his crew came to get started, he lined them out on the job and then went himself to get a replacement fan unit. In a couple of hours it was all done. We chose Great American Roofing through a referral, Mike was communicative, provided a detailed estimate and was lower than other estimates. They were truly dedicated to completing our new roof and the crew was fast, efficient and clean. Mike is a real problem solver, providing reasonable solutions to problems that arise (there are almost always unforeseen issues that arise whenever you replace or upgrade something on your house) and Mike was prepared and able to address them. We had Mike Collins come out to PBC to check on our office roof. During the rains we discovered a roof leak. He inspected the roof was a super nice guy and honest. He took a look and realized it was a minor issue that our maintenance guy could handle! We would not hesitate to contact Mike again in the future! Thank you Mike!
