The owner was extremely responsive to my needs. I live in a condominium complex with 99 units and the company we had before us could not control the cockroaches in it since I moved here in 2017. Over the past year in 2021, there has been an outbreak of cockroaches. After only one treatment and leaving a jar of honey open after their treatment, and after emptying every cabinet in my unit and storing everything, including food, in my garage , it feels like they have been eradicated. I just spoke to the owner who is going to have someone return in less than 10 days to inspect and review whether we need another treatment. I have never felt safer in my life. Another pest control company stood me up after I had emptied my kitchen. I called Fortress and, surprinsingly, they accomodated me in a same day service. Previously I had called other 2 vendors whom either didn't pick up the call or couldn't do same day service. They showed up in time and did a fine job.
