Went to get my hair colored. I had an appointment with Nancy (an older persian lady). It had been a over a year since my last hair appointment. Was hoping to go lighter for the summer since my naturalhair color had already grown out a lot. .
I left there with my hair darker then ever!!!! Then she asked me how much to cut off, I told her just the dead ends she cut off at least 3 maybe 4 inches. Saying well it was all dead. Un NO! I saved up a long time to be able to have this done and when it was not what I expected tears started to roll down my face. She said she would fix the color for free. So I went back a week later. Thats when she told me not to cry again. Because i embarrassed her. Even though i was the one left looking like a disaster. She tried to tell me the color was good, why would I want to change it? ?.. when i told her the point was to go lighter not darker- she tried to tell me this was close to my natural color hair, AS IF I DIDNT KNOW WHAT MY NATURAL COLOR WAS! I was left with dark brown hair and a few high lighter. My natural hair color is a soft brown. So when she 'fixed' my hair. All she did was added high lights. Now my hair looks even worse. Because the high lights just look thrown in and they're all different colors now because the hair was darker. She was by far the worst hair coloring person I have ever had. I had to come say something because my hair was ruined. And i hope it doesnt happen to any one else.
They do have some other good people there. But I won't be going back unfortunately and I definitely wouldn't recommend NANCY

I go around noon. I usually get service without waiting. Pretty good haircut, decent price.

I go to this location about once a year. I should go more but just live a ways from San Pedro...anyways I always get a really nice cut even if I'm assigned to the different hair stylists. They are very considerate and patient and they try their best to make feel and look good. Thank you Lolita. I love my hair style today

This shop was as easy as a Sunday morning when it came to being a walk in late on a Friday. The man up front got me into Robertos chair in minutes, and I immediately knew I was in good hands. Friendly, knowledgeable, with clean ,and up to date tools. Great place. Thanks guys I will be back!

I go to this location about once a year. I should go more but just live a ways from San Pedro...anyways I always get a really nice cut even if I'm assigned to the different hair stylists. They are very considerate and patient and they try their best to make feel and look good. Thank you Lolita. I love my hair style today

I got covid from coming here a few weeks ago when I haven't ever had it in 2 years. They jam pack everyone in. Don't require mask, and some of the hairstylist were coughing. I've been in the hospital 4times in the last month now. The haircut was alright, charged me 85 dollars because my hair is long!?? Won't be coming back. Should've went somewhere less crowded but she kept trying to schedule me on the weekend when I wanted a week day. Got my hair cut with Yvonne. It was good haircut but not being sick for months. Won't be back. No safety precautions, try to sell you on everything, over priced.

Walked in for cuts today. They took us immediately, but I feel like the stylists were having a contest to see who could cut hair the fastest today. My 8 year old wanted a shoulder length Bob with bangs, but the guy refused to cut her bangs and just kept telling her to grow them out. He never did cut her bangs. We just got his opinion about how she shouldn't cut them. Only one of my 3 children got their hair washed, yet I paid $25-$28 for each haircut. Their website says a haircut comes with a complimentary shampoo. I will now have to make an appontment somewhere else to have my daughters hair fixed and bangs cut. Their hair looks "fine," but it's definitely not worth the $120 we spent.Services: Kids' cuts
