I'm from Pedro and gave Art a try. I had to send him a check for half of the work just to get on the waiting list. After 5 weeks when my turn came up I was told he was going on a trip and that it would be another 10 days and he would start upon his return. When he finally started he did a good job. On the last day of the job I paid him off and then hired him for additional work and paid him $2800 for half of the new contract. The next day he didn't show so I text him to see what's up and he said he started another job and that I was put in a new list and needed to wait. Obvious Misunderstanding??
