Usually I am in and out but this past Saturday I waited over an hour. I was told I had to pre register before showing up. If that's the case a mass email should have went out to everyone letting them know that . Never had to do that before . I think it would help if you had someone vaccinate cats and someone do dogs , i feel it would go by faster . The gentlemen that normally does the intake was not there either so i feel that slowed things down also. Otherwise love going there for my animals care .

It could be much more organized. Even though the vet had an assistant, the vet kept taking the only person processing the people waiting in line to assist her with difficult pets. There should be large signs prompting clients to keep their barking pets in the car til their turn. The staff was friendly and polite.
