I had an amazing experience yesterday with Windy Kwong. She's a really talented stylist who gave me beautiful blonde highlights and added some dimension to my hair. What I loved most about Windy was how patient she was. She really took the time to make sure that I was happy with my look and that everything was perfect. She was always willing to listen to my ideas and give me suggestions on what would look best. Overall, I'm so glad that I found Windy and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist.

I wish there was more Ulta Beauty store locations in the Bay Area but this location was great! I did have a little issue with the maps location directing me to their old spot but the good news was the new location was in the same parking area. A little hidden so just look for the Total Wine locational I was looking for a permanent hair color solution for curly hair and was thankful that the sales person was throughly knowledgeable. The sales person gave a review of each of the permanent and temporary hair color products plus how each one did on her long semi curly hair. Overall I am glad I came to the store. Thank you!

I have gone to Ulta beauty in san mateo 4 times in the last couple of months for hair cuts. 3 times were with Windy. She is excellent she does a great job with the style plus color and set, she is amazing with high lights too. This last time I got a perm which looks super cute. She goes the extra mile in recommending products and making you feel pampered. Thank you Windy
