I got my car towed after it unexpectedly broke down. Tom's Towing were amazing. They came out within an hour and tow my car to the nearest auto shop. They were very professional and helpful. I'm so glad I found them.Service: Local hauling

So I start by giving them credit for being the only tow service that accepted our ride from Mountain View to San Leandro over Labor Day weekend. The issues, however, were numerous from there. We ended up waiting for about 3 hours for the driver to arrive despite multiple assurances he was only 30-45 minutes away. When the driver arrived there was no room for either myself or my passenger to ride along, even though we told them there would be 2 passengers, so we had to call a Lyft ($50+) to get home. Once we got home and the car arrived, we were told we had to pay $600 when the quote provided to us was $400-450. At no point along the way, from the multiple calls to dispatchers...read full review
