Breast imaging experience was the worst I had ever had in the 20 years I have been getting mammograms. I thought I would try this place. The tech asked me to completely remove the gown, saying it would get in her way, she asked me to grip my own breast tissue on the non-imaging side while I was trying not to cry out in pain, and she vacillated from breast to breast during the imaging session, thereby prolonging the pain on each side. I will never go back there for a mammogram. At most imaging centers, I am able to deal with the discomfort of a mammogram because the tech is good and the discomfort is brief. Not this time. Having said all that, I also had some pelvic diagnostic work and that went very well.

This review is for Dr. Wise and her team at the 2nd floor breast center. I came in for a diagnostic breast and pelvic ultrasound, and it was truly one of the most patient-centric and compassionate medical experiences I've had. I was expecting a typical cold/detached medical clinic experience, but was blown away by how much kindness, compassion, and personalized care I received. The technician Olga took her time to make sure I was feeling comfortable and safe. Dr. Wise was extremely patient and thorough in the debrief. I truly appreciate the staff here. Everyone I have encountered is so kind and understanding. Rhonda was a major help with my MRI! Provided some nice Jazz and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
