I previously left a 1-star review due to a missed appointment and no response to my reschedule request. However, after the property management stepped in, a new appointment was arranged and Christian came out to handle our paper wasp issue.
He did an excellent job—professional, friendly, and very attentive. The problem was fully resolved thanks to his effort.

I just started using Pacific Pest Management at my brand-new property, and they have exceeded my expectations. Alan has been wonderful to work with, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He is always thinking of proactive, preventative solutions and does an excellent job communicating with our team regarding any suggestions or resolutions. Thank you, Alan!

I'm a project manager and supervisor for an electrical services company, and so I know how important it is for a business to grow with a good word to mouth and healthy reputation. It's been a few weeks since I got Pacific Pest to treat my apartment for bed bugs, and I couldn't be happier. Very professional, clear and fair on prices. I highly recommend them for future projects, take this review sincerely as I don't leave reviews usually and felt I have to leave credit when it's due.
