When the Museum attic unit started leaking into what could have gone through the ceiling of the 2nd floor, we appreciated the prompt same day service. It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for and we really appreciated PCHS being able to accommodate our schedule, and Roy and his assistant were fantastic, and now the museum is deliciously cool, and most importantly our museum will remain at a safe temperature for our artifacts.
Great response in time and for services needed .Techs very helpful, courteous and have the knowledge to get to the problem.
Greatly recommend the company and five Stars for Jeremy Correa and Roy Albasri for solving the problems.
Ok, so far, from the representative over the phone, Alma, to the technician, Roy Albasri, Pacific Coast Home Services is very professional and courteous. Received text verifying appt time & address, text detailed info about tech who's coming (and who was on time).
