When the Museum attic unit started leaking into what could have gone through the ceiling of the 2nd floor, we appreciated the prompt same day service. It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for and we really appreciated PCHS being able to accommodate our schedule, and Roy and his assistant were fantastic, and now the museum is deliciously cool, and most importantly our museum will remain at a safe temperature for our artifacts.
Andrew came out to my place. Arrived on time and was very polite. Walked through my house giving me options on how to update my house’s electrical system. Gave a competitive quote but just as importantly gave me the confidence that I am working with an ethical company.
Juan Robledo responded to my request for help for a plumbing issue. He arrived in 1 1/2 hours and was polite and helpful. He didn't even get annoyed with the dogs. He showed me where the problem was (because the puppy had been chewing on it) and then told me a landscaper was probably more suited for the project. He showed me where to adjust it and the gushing water stopped immediately. I could definitely be glad for him to come to the rescue again, if needed.
