I’m a resident in an HOA community in Foster City, and I’ve been really impressed with the difference Loral Landscaping has made.
I’m not on the board or involved in managing the landscaping, but as someone who lives here, the change has been obvious. The property looks much better, the landscaping feels cleaner and healthier, and at the same time, there has been a noticeable focus on using less water.
At a recent HOA meeting, it was mentioned that Loral has been doing a fantastic job, especially with water management and conservation. As a resident, I can honestly say the improvement shows.
I am puzzled by some of the unfavorable reviews of this company, which has done excellent general landscaping maintenance and improvements for my condominium association for many years now. We've enjoyed our annual walks around the complex with the owner to be helpful and responsive, taking careful notes of our observations and providing reliable followup measures. And Jorge in particular has responded immediately and with admirable expertise, whenever we've had problems with equipment failures or any other issues that have needed a prompt response. I would highly recommend this landscaping firm to other HOAs needing a regular landscaping service

Loral Landscaping, headed by Howard Wheeler, did a masterful job in redoing our huge backyard condo garden at 2040-2060 Sutter Street. Our landscape architect, Nancy Curtis, another wonderful gem, recommended his company, and I'm SO grateful. I was the "manager" from my condo board position, so I spent weeks with Nancy, Howard, Luis (the foreman) as well as their competent and delightful crew. Not only was the plan (designed by Nancy) so appropriate for our garden, but it was implemented so well by Loral Landscaping.
