We've been using Jimy's for over 15 years. Communication has always been pretty responsive via text and the team they send does a thorough job cleaning our home and making everything look organized - I try to put things away before they arrive so they can give all the surfaces a good clean, and they still make it look more organized after they clean! They have been very reliable in all the years that they've been cleaning our home.

I'm really surprised by these negative reviews because I use Jimy's once a week and have never had a problem. The entire staff is nice and always quick to fix any mistake. It's nice having a team that you can tell cares and I can trust in my home. The prices are reasonable and the workers are always friendly. Definitely looking forward to using them in the future!

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Jimy's House Cleaning has been inconsistent, neglectful, and does not show that they value my business. I scheduled the event to get the estimate, we did not hear back from them for days. When the day came for the estimate, they were nowhere to be seen and there was no communication as to why they could not be present. After rescheduling the estimation session, we then had to go through the ordeal of trying to schedule a cleaning. After multiple neglected calls and messages, we finally reached someone. The Jimy's representative said they were 'out of town' and didn't have access to their phone.... read full review
