Devon did an excellent job of the carpet cleaning.Was helpful and considerate. Am still giving 5 stars even though we had a communication problem for 3 days, as Ethan explained they were shorthanded.They do try to be responsive I have found.
James and Danny did a great job lifting most of the stains and dirt out with their 2nd tier cleaning option.
I gave a Minus 1 star because it wasn’t clear before they arrived what the different price tiers were and what the difference was between the options.
Luis and JR did an outstanding job deep cleaning our carpet when we moved out. Their service was fast, efficient, and paid extra attention to small details. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning.
