I'm revising my previous 5-star review to another 5-star review, because I really wanted to give a shout-out to the General Manager, Ethan Petznick Wright, for solving an issue that I had with my membership. I've had a great experience with Equinox through out - it is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. Also kudos to Shane Ivich for being an excellent Personal Trainer!
It's so clean! The group classes are great. I've tried a few personal trainers there and they're all good, Shane Ivich and Maria Mogul are my favorites. It's mostly not crowded when I go on my lunch break/middle of the day. It does get busy early mornings and weekends and I probably get a better experience because I avoid those times.
Massage there was pricey but expert and worth it, had some really bad knots on my shoulder and neck that another massage place didn't really help with, but they set me up with someone who fixed me right up. Packages for them do go on sale
I went there for a whole year because of a contract, not worth it for the price. Front desk was kind and helpful Nicky noticeably. and a couple of the maintenance staff were also super kind I think his name was George he worked hard and made sure everything was clean in the locker rooms and chatted with the members in a positive manner. however I’ve noticed one time this big maintenance or cleaner worker( omar or orar on his name tag or something like that) he was quite rude to a couple guests that had questions in the fitness floor and attitude towards them was completely unacceptable.
