I am so happy that I found Dr. Chen. I have been suffering with a back injury for months and was misdiagnosed. Dr. Chen gave me a proper diagnosis as well as immediate and excellent care. I am finally feeling better and able to get back to my job as a professional ballet dancer. I wish I had found San Mateo Spine Center sooner! I highly recommend this office to anyone dealing with an injury.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen for a few months now due to excruciating pain in my lower back and sciatica radiating down my right leg. He recommended a regenerative procedure called PRF which has transformed my life. I am about 90% pain free with very infrequent sciatica symptoms. I love that he is all about regenerative medicine and alternative treatments (acupuncture, red light therapy). His long term goal for me is healing from within....which completely aligns with my beliefs.
