We love Cookie Cutters. We come here every month for my 3 year old son's haircut. Ruben is great! The whole place is designed for kids. My son looks forward to his haircut every time :)

We got our baby’s first haircut (13 month old) with Ruben. We were very happy with everything from start to finish, though we did have to wait 15 minutes after our appointment time (understandable at any barber). Ruben asked if we had a cut in mind so I showed him a picture of something I found online. We have very limited screen time for our baby, but use it for lengthy car rides so we know he loves Miss Rachel. I let Ruben know that, and we did have some trouble getting it on the tv that our baby was sat in front of. The screen just wasn’t responding at all. Overall the experience was okay. I feel like it’s very unorganized, and they don’t really give you what you really ask for. Took my son to get his haircut and while it was a little wet it looked okay but once it dried his hair was super choppy and uneven. The first stylist didn’t really pay attention to detail, he was really just shaving away while my son was still. When we took him back they offered a retouch which was great, the second stylist fixed his hair and lined him up. It came out nice but still was not what I had in mind walking in there. More hair was cut off than I originally wanted. The set up was cute though.
