Kameron was our technician and handled a difficult electric water heater system that provides both radiant heating and hot water, which was damaged during a brownout. We had tried using other companies, but they had no experience with our type of system and had to research how to work on it. There were no problems getting the needed parts overnighted, and even though it was a big job, everything was completed quickly and professionally within two days.
