Ricardo was very efficient and handled my job nicely. Luis took out my old gas wall heater and vent, restructured the wall, put in insulation, drywall and stuccoed the area to make it blend with the room. The next day, the roofer came to put on the tiles. Nice job! Thanks, Therese

I had a great initial experience with Ricardo when he came out to inspect my property and give an AC quote. Since then, it’s gone downhill.
I was told I would get a quote 2 days after, and it’s now been 2.5 weeks. I called twice to ask about the quote, and it seems he forgot both times. No apology and he said he would get it to me asap (that evening/next morning). I still haven’t gotten a quote.

I called Ricardo this morning with a buzzing noise on my heater thinking I’d have to wait for an appointment and pay just to check the issue. He immediately did a video call with me at no charge to fix what was a very simple issue, he understood everything about my system and we even discussed some other issues with our HVAC too. Never had an experience with a contractor like that, Ricardo is now my go-to person next time we need HVAC support!

WOW! The first furnace company out of so many who actually fixed my furnace rather than trying to upsell me a new furnace for $6000!!! I am a big fan! They fixed the problem in1 hour. The best!!!!

Ricardo was great! He came in quickly and figured out the issue. He has the parts to fix it in the car. Furnace is working again. In and out in less than 45 minutes. We will call again if we ever have any issues.

Calling this company Sunday and left a message to light the pilot. (It was working earlier). The next day someone came over, looked at it and said I need a part and his boss would call me in one or two hours. Never called and receptionist several times kept saying he will call me as soon as he gets in. It's been going on a week and nothing. Seems he does not want small jobs, just ones that cost several hundred or thousands. Stay away! I called a local HVAC company and within an hour they came out and put a thermocouple on , and for $80.00 they took less than 30 minutes, put it on lit my furnace and left. Be careful, get references. My mistake was to believe Bayhill Heating

I have never used this service, but I almost got hit by one of their drivers dangerously weaving/swerving lane to lane. License plate (45132S3). Maybe he was late for a servicing, but that is not worth putting other people's lives at risk.
