Alterations at Nordstrom

Only had to wait five minutes as a walk in customer. Had a zipper problem which couldn't be fixed, but the lady added a zipper stopper for free while I was there, which was very helpful. Very nice, and didn't even charge me 'cause it was such a small service!

FYI, I had trouble finding alternations when I first arrived, just go to the order pickup counter on the second floor.

The alterations at Nordstrom are top notch. They have altered every prom/formal dress my daughter has ever worn and have done a number of alterations for my husband and I. No job is too big or small. We are always satisfied and their attention to detail is phenomenal. Ive tried others but always end up back at Nordstrom - sometimes to fix bad alterations donee at other establishments.

Great service and results! However, it is kinda pricey. Brought in my baseball jersey to get the bottom hem brought up 2 inches all the way around, and to get the sleeves rolled up to the desired length permanently.
