Once again truely exceptional service. Took my six year old in for ear pain. Was greeted warmly as I entered by Andrea. While I registered her in Claudia gave her some ibuprofen to help ease the pain. Dr. Kniveton was warm and friendly making my daughter feel at ease. She diagnosed her with an ear infection. While Dr. Kniveton wrote the prescription the nurse gave her first dose of antibiotics and even gave us a dose for tomorrow morning. This working mommy does not have to go to the pharmacy tonight with my sick child. I can pick up meds tomorrow. Oh by the way all this, in and out in about 30 minutes. I have been here a few times with my kids and every time they have gone above and beyond. Thank you for being there in our time of need and always doing it with a smile.
All the doctors, nurses and staff are exceptional! Wonderful bedside manners and provide the highest manner of care for your children! Highly recommend for all families!
