David spent hours with us discussing our options over the span of a few months planning a complex roof replacement on our large, 100+ year old house. When the time finally arrived, it was easy to see that the crew were well organized and experienced. They were also very friendly and respectful of us and the property. At the end of every day they cleaned up exceptionally well. I'm not qualified to assess the quality of a roof job, but sloppy work is pretty self evident, and I see none from the crew who did the main roof. I was somewhat less impressed with the subcontractor who did the gutters. However, the few relatively small issues we did call out were very quickly made right by David. Every commitment was kept, even a couple of extras we discussed that never formally made it into the contract. All in all, A strong recommendation for Top Tier Roofing!“

“With the windstorms that hit earlier this year, our roof was in need of some repair. Top tier came out very quickly and explained the situation including the fact our roof was made incorrectly. He gave a general estimate of what it would take to fix it correctly, but I never felt pushed into it and we went ahead with the basic repairs instead. When we finally do decide to pull the trigger on a full roof repair, we will be calling Top Tier for sure.“

“Installed a new construction over plywood Metacrylic fabric roof 8 years ago. Live in Destin, Florida near the Gulf. Engineer recommended not using low pitched roof but our design dictated the roof. Looked at many systems and this made the most sense to me based on my application, product literature and Government use. It has not been a decision that I have regretted. Storm resistance, low initial cost, low maintenance, resistance to sun and salt air, smaller heat pump equipment necessary and energy savings. All adding up to a system I would recommend to family, friends or clients.
