ACME Roofing Services Inc

My wife and I cannot recommend highly enough! We compared SIX bids for an extensive roof and gutter replacement. Acme was baseline less expensive, and they agreed to paint and do carpentry all of the other roofing companies refused to do. They did the work of three companies - had we hired a different roofing company, we would have had to hire a general contractor and house painter. So not only was Acme less expensive, but we didn't have to interview and hire anyone else! Additionally, they answered our incessant emails and phone calls, were courteous and polite, and were superior in every aspect to the five other companies who came out to the house. We also had guidance from an in-law, who is a general contractor out of state, who looked at our bids and said Acme was the best. We had a roof to replace, extensive and difficult carpentry, eaves to rebuild, rotten ends of beams to saw off, all on a three story mountain house on uneven ground. Acme were the only ones who told us they would paint the wood they replaced- all of the other companies told us we would have to hire another company. They were the only ones who would rebuild the eaves the previous owner sawed off. They were baseline less expensive, and the total bill was $18K less than the highest estimate from a competitor. Let that sink in, $18,000 less. And this competitor wanted us to hire two more companies in addition to his! The roof was the second most expensive purchase of our lives at this point, so we really spent a lot of time comparing these six companies. We would not have known what a good deal we were getting if we hadn't five other bids and all the data to compare. Absolutely, we got the best deal, we didn't have to hire 3 companies, Acme did all of it, and they did it for less. We hope these guys get a ton of work; this is an amazingly good company.

Wow! Acme Roofing Services exceeded our highest expectations. They brought the highest level of professionalism and communication throughout the project. From quote to permitting to roofing and final inspection the entire project was professionally managed. The roof looks great. They were careful to thoroughly clean up debris each day. Pricing was competitive. This is the second home they've replaced the roof on for us and the experience was consistent for both homes.

I was thoroughly impressed with Conrad Roofing & their team’s attention to detail and promptness. The on-site staff consistently arrived on time and demonstrated respect for our property. They meticulously cleaned up after each day’s work. Additionally, their competitive pricing and high-quality work on our property were truly commendable.
