My 92 year-old aunt lost her glasses at her memory care facility and she is not reasonably capable of leaving for a new prescription, nor for a glasses fitting. Not only did Rich warmly help us with the process to update an old out-of-date prescription with the wonderful optometrist next door, Dr. James Phong, he found a like-pair of frames from the records they had on file, and HE DROVE TO THE MEMORY CARE FACILITY TO ENSURE A GOOD FIT FOR THE PROGRESSIVE LENSES/GLASSES!

I had a pair of glasses, I couldn’t fix the screw was too little or too big or something, but I didn’t wanna break them. I brought him here to the optometry, and Walmart and Cody and employee helped me with my issue when he was done About five minutes later,he came back and didn’t charge me a dime. I thought for sure. I was going to get charged something. I’m pretty sure if I would’ve went anywhere else. I would’ve got charged like 10 $20 at least. But this Employee went out of his way and made my day withGreat customer service. Very good experience getting my eyeglasses here! They had a large selection, fair prices and excellent service. Neda and Cody were beyond helpful throughout the process and took the time to answer all questions. I received my glasses within a week!
