I absolutely loved my experience at Ulta Beauty in San Marcos! This was hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Huge shoutout to Kiki, they were incredible! From the moment I walked in, Kiki made me feel welcomed and truly cared for. They took the time to suggest different products tailored to my face shape and skin type, and everything they recommended worked perfectly for me.

My mom was looking for a specific product from Sephora, and they didn't have it. So I googled it and ulta ended up having this product. ? The associate with the black curly hair had very good communication and excellent customer service.
