I am posting another 5 star review for the amazing staff at Twin Oaks - and especially, Dr. Watanabe! My dog had what appeared to be a partial nasal obstruction and I was terrified that it was a malignant neoplasm (I work in oncology). Dr. Watanabe made time to see us and discussed all options including a nasal exam under sedation with potential biopsy and culture. She immediately called after his pre-anesthesia labs were resulted which showed an elevated neutrophil count (WBC, which indicates a potential infectious process present). Our cat, Nezu, swallowed a fabric hair tie this morning and a little research made it clear it could become a serious issue so we brought her here within an hour. The staff was very helpful & Dr. Puja Buch was able to get the hair tie out very quickly (saved us from having to try endoscopic methods or surgery).
Thanks for saving our precious little gremlin this morning!
Just moved to the area and needed to establish a vet for my girls. Picked this place because of close proximity and google reviews. I am very impressed with the staff and happy with our choice of new vet. Highly recommend.
