Great service. Great outcome. Jonathan did an excellent job on my two cars. Will use them again. Jonathan is honest. He didn’t try to take advantage by offering an extra unnecessary service. In fact he tried to roll back from the quote he gave, once he realized it was a misunderstanding. Love him for the honest work that he provides.

Jonathan did a great job. Car was looking rough after being on a transporter for a few days and the difference is unbelievable. Will defo use Tropic services again.

Pretty good wash, but some speedbumps... For the price, you can and should find better.Upon a quick inspection afterwards, I noticed that the side mirrors were washed, yet not dried so created a lot of dry spots. Also, whatever towel/microfiber they used left a lot of dust particles all over the glass and dash. Also, I guess my original washer called in sick and had to move my appointment 3-4hrs later (although I understand this happens.) He also completely missed the trunk… Minus 1 star (although the washer seemed thorough and professional otherwise).My second minus star is the "special if you leave a review." You get a discount by leaving a review on here. I was of course happy to oblige for the discount. However, after trying to leave the review multiple times on PC AND iPhone, it wasn't working for some reason. I contacted Tropic and let them know its not working. I even sent them a video of my trying to, but the review wont load/post. Then I was warned that without the review, I don't get the discount. My main issue with this is that I wasn't trying not to write a review (my end of the bargain), but that I couldn't (and sent multiple evidence I couldn't). If I randomly decided not to review, ok, I agree, I shouldn't get the discount. But it wasn't my fault the Google review wasn't working, and now your going to ask me to pay more!? Doesn't seem very professional.
