Smiles of San Marcos

I went to Dr Carlos of Smiles of San Marcos two and one half years ago for implants(two posts and two crowns) As of today I have one post and no crowns. The one post has entered my sinus cavity.
Two months ago he tried to put in new posts and crowns, one did not take and was loose. He knew it at the time and let me go home even though I came back a few minutes later thinking there was a problem. I had to call back a few days later to have it removed since it was making it difficult to eat and talk.
As of now I’m planning on go to peer review to file a complaint and take legal action if necessary.

First of all, I want to let everyone know that I am a blind person with a seeing-eye dog.
I needed to have new dentures made for my existing implants and Smiles Of San Marcos made that possible.
I went several places before my wife said I see this sign off the offramp that says Smiles Of San Marcos and we should go there. One of the best things I ever did.
My wife first met Jennifer, who was amazing and one thing about Jennifer that a blind man listens to is that she speaks to her patience when they’re sitting out in the lobby and that’s something amazing.
And then I met Doctor Sibaja And he was amazing. He was funny and loved my CNI dog, Xavier. At that moment, I felt I was at home. People that I’ve never met before in my life until that day made me feel special welcomed and truly wanted to help me.
And then I met Greg and this man is amazing But you need to speak with him before you love him and I do. He is my lab technician that makes my dentures and he is an asset to Smiles Of San Marcos Thank you, Greg.
But I have to say That the entire staff from Mitzi Jennifer to the doctor Greg, the hygienist And everyone that works there thank you my wife, Xavier, and myself. We just love you.❤️❤️❤️

I had a crown break the abutment of its implant.
They were able to salvage the crown, install a new abutment and mount it to the implant again.
Saved me a buncha money!

My mouth was in poor shape I'm 67 years old that was a lot of money went to three different dentists to check my mouth Carlos was the only one that came up with plan that I agreed with they were fair their pricing and they did everything within my budget very happy with my teeth have a great smile now

I had check out Mexico for my implants but last minute I found smiles of San Marcos. Dr Cj I very good at that needle in the jaw so that is a relief. Not everyone can do that without pain. The costnis 10k less than competition. I hear they have financing available but put it on my AE. I have one more step before I get my final smile back but so far so good.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, Jennifer at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and professionalism—she made the check-in process quick and easy. Dr. Carlos is amazing—very gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The entire team was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality dental care and a welcoming environment!

I'm very satisfied with my outgoing procedure of dental implants. So far so good 😊 I will give an update on my finished product.

Great customer service and great care!

Horrible customer service. I scheduled a new patient appt for myself and daughter 1 month in advance because the dentist would be out for a couple weeks, then received a message a couple days prior that the appts need to be canceled. Left a message stating I want the next date they offered & didn’t receive a call back. I called again and spoke to an extremely rude person who sounded annoyed upon answering phone. I explained the situation & she went on to tell me about insurance & new dentists taking over, & cut me off twice to condescendingly say “I need your name because…” Not worth trying anymore.

Quick in and out with no problems, you can't beat that!
