Solar output only 50%. Solar installed 2015, but output dropped in 2020 after I researched it.. Back in Oct 2022 I contacted Secure Roofing regarding my solar issue. I received an initial response, but then I felt like I was being ghosted. I read many similar reviews to my experience and got worried I was going to be out of luck getting help. I was dealing with Nick. Once I was able to fully speak to Nick, I realize he was drowning with a ton of solar issues. Instead of being a pissed off customer I decided to try a different approach and work with him instead of fight him.. We had them replace our roof 3 years ago. We have not had any issues. They came and inspected it a year later as well. Their price was fair and their crews very friendly. They cleaned up the site every day. We'd recommend them.

Very professional team. This crew did an exceptional job installing an 850 sq.ft. flat roof. Very clean and very fast. Scott was incredibly helpful and most importantly honest. I would definitely recommend this company for any roofing project.
