Dropped in a couple times while visiting from out of town. Glad I got to experience being part of a wonderful community. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Instructors were very patient and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great space infused with philosophy, wisdom, and spirituality as well as sufficient props for Iyengar yoga usage, as well as yoga rope walls. Classes are small and the space is intimate. Kathleen the instructor has been teaching for over 30 years. She owns the studio and keeps it beautiful! Everybody is friendly and caring in this environment! Instruction is stellar and everybody is given individualized instruction for every pose. This is a place to come home to!

this is a wonderful yoga studio Tucked away in San Marcos, in San Diego county. Kathleen, the owner, has been teaching for over 30 years and is a dedicated Iyengar professional. Most students are regulars because the class is so fantastic. it is a type of yoga that uses a lot of props and there are sufficient props for everyone, as well as rope walls. The instruction is tailored to each student at all times... Throughout the entire class. You will never be left in a pose not knowing what to do.
