Thank goodness for my wife's health benefits as we're able to see a Chiropractor. With all my underlying conditions, Dr. Roark is able to pinpoint what my body needs. She's very flexible as I'm overweight and have a hard time laying down. She could do her adjustments while I'm sitting up. Dr. Roark follows all Covid protocols and sanitizes in between her patients. I was referred to Dr. Roark a long time ago as 1/3rd of the SMUSD employees have gone to her for their Chiropractor needs. She's an excellent Chiropractor! My hubby and I have gone to her and even referred our friends to go see her. Dr. Roark will ask you what's your greatest need and she'll fully explain what needs to be done. Go check her out! She takes certain insurance or cash patients as well.
