My guess bathroom sink had a leak that we did not know untill it was too late and crossed over to our living room. My co worker recommended me Ramm told me to ask for Eloy. Eloy made the whole experience better than i was expecting, fix the issue, kept in constant communication with me. Always answered his phone or returned my calls as soon as he could. Water damage sucks no matter how you cut it but Ramm made the experience less painfull.
