Proactive Plumbing, Inc. definitely earns a five (5) star rating. The work performed was prompt, efficient and high quality. The work was reasonable priced and their technician was very friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Proactive Plumbing and I will call them again in the event I have any future plumbing needs.
We called Proactive Plumbing after reviewing their positive reviews on Yelp and found their work repairing a leak caused by a faulty toilet flange and wax ring consistent with those reviews. Especially noteworthy is Mike's communication skills and his honesty. We will use Proactive Plumbing in the future.
I put in a simple yelp request for a clogged drain and a foul smell from our other drain. Proactive Plumbing was one of the first to response they were able to come out on short notice and repair the issues in little time. Their pricing is honest and affordable. I did not feel nickle and dimed going over the rates. Highly recommend!
