Ken did a great job replacing the shower faucets. He was extremely careful with the showers themselves. It is quite obvious that Ken has integrity and respect for the job and the customer. The plumbers I worked with were very flexible with my odd schedule. They were upfront about the work they'd be doing and the costs - even as the scope of work changed. Both the 'master' and the 'apprentice' plumber I worked with were happy to answer questions and tolerated my presence throughout the entire job. They taught me quite a bit about plumbing, their tools, and the markings on the pipes and fittings. I now know more about my septic line and tank than I'd learned in 30 years of home ownership. Will definitely use Proactive Plumbing for any future work and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
I would highly recommend Proactive Plumbing for any plumbing needs & especially for re-piping. The owner Mike said exactly what he was going to do & stood by his word which I really appreciate. I couldn't be happier with them as a company.
