I had a great experience with Nathan. He was able to work with me replacing a water heater despite me being out of the country. He wasn't out to price gouge me with holiday/weekend rates. When another plumbing issue came up, he was very communicative and helped me understand the issue. He wasn't trying to just get the next job. His exemplary customer service and fair pricing definitely have earned a customer for life.

Nathan came out within 45 minutes on Christmas morning when my hot water heater broke and flooded my garage. He installed a new one the next day. He is very kind, prompt and communicative.

A steady leak started coming up out of my driveway during the holiday today. Nate at Palomar was one of only two out of about seven plumbers that called me back, and he came out as soon as he was done with another call, almost right away. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to slow it down to a bare trickle so we could still have our water on tonight. I'll be having my landscaper fix the problem the rest of the way because he does all my irrigation, but Nate was super-friendly, professional, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. It's hard to find a decent plumber, but I think I found a really good one.
