Called at 10am and new water heater was installed by 2pm. Firm upfront pricing without the overhead and add ons of the “only” guys. Highly recommend for value and efficiency.

I had a great experience with North County Water Heater. My water heater broke in a sudden. I spoke with Plamen over the phone on Sunday and he requested me to sent him a picture of my water heater. Within a minute he knew exactly what I needed and had the quote right away. He had few brands for me to choose from. I decided to go with tankless water heater. He offered me Navien 240E2 brand which is one of the top reliable and efficient product. Most important was he had it in stock and able to installed the next day.
