Always the best. The doctor is the only one I would go to. The staff is helpful as well.

I am a 67-year old man on Social Security (who supplements that income by being at the computer many hours a day doing trading to survive)

PROBLEMS:
1. I spent over a thousand dollars $1000 on glasses with progressive lenses and transition lenses, with polarization filter. I made it clear these were for driving
Despite complaining at least 3 times on different visits that they were not nearly dark enough nor polarized enough to be usable in real use (I ended up using a regular pair with covering for-over sunglasses) – I was not told about that before they sold these expensive coatings to me – no solution was ever offered other than eventually suggesting I buy ANOTHER pair, of regular prescription sunglasses.

2. The persons doing he pricing on glasses scribbles the totals by hand on a piece of paper for themselves, and quotes it to the customer, without a printed breakdown of the costs (insurance, labor, parts etc), making it hard to judge what is going on.
SOLUTIONS:
1. Please me more transparent and honest about what glasses and coatings will actually be able to do, before selling them, and more upfront and transparent about pricing and cost quotes.
2. Offer discounts or partial refunds to unhappy customers. PROBLEMS:

Dr. Karen Peschke is an exceptional optometrist who truly cares about her patients. She has excellent communication skills and provides thorough examinations. I would highly recommend Dr. Peschke!

My 8 year old son was due for a follow up and I decided to make an appt at Family Eye Health Optometry. Dr. Karen L. Peschke and her team were very welcoming. My son has ADHD and the team was very patient along with Dr. Karen L. Peschke. I would recommend everyone to this Optometry center.
