Went here with hurt feet, which turned out to be broken. The other urgent cares around we're 2-3 hr waits but they got me right in. She was very thorough. I had been told that the left foot wasn't broken several weeks ago. She wanted to re-xray it along with the other foot. And sure enough, they were both broken. I wish I had come here for the 1st foot and then I wouldn't have walked on a broken for 3weeks causing poorer healing. She was great, the supporting staff was skilled and thorough and kind. I will come here every time I need an urgent care now.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Despite being there for my son being injured it was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had at an urgent care or hospital. From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, the doctor, and x-ray tech, every single one of them were so kind, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Grateful for the entire staff, who in a timely manner helped us through his tears and have us currently on our way to go see the Garfield movie! Thanks a million ladies ❤️
My experience at Carlsbad Urgent Care was a pleasant surprise. It was quick, not a long wait time at all. Most impressive of all was the physician who checked my symptoms and immediately knew the best remedial solution. I left the facility with full confidence in the doctor’s expertise, and with expectations for a speedy recovery. I highly recommend Carlsbad Urgent Care.
