The screen doors seemed very flimsy and cheap. The installer assured me that if anything goes wrong with them, they will come out and fix them. Well, the screen came off the track after just a couple times using them and a piece in the track was broken. I’ve been call them for 2 weeks. No one answers the phone and no one returns my many messages. Super weird and unprofessional. I wish I paid a little more for better quality and customer service.

Nothing but positives from initial contact to job completion. Appointment to complete installation was fast, installation was perfect. Alfonso did the installation and everything about my interaction, and installation was 5 stars.Recommend without reservation.

Let me start off with stating that we loved the idea of having retractable screens and found a company that could install them for a reasonable price. We had one done and decided less than a year later we needed to add more. Throughout that period we noticed the bottom of the screen would start to come off the track, but didn't care since it still served it's purpose. Fast forward to a few weeks ago our screen was run into by a family member and was taken off the track. We called All Seasons to come out and fix it for us and was booked an appointment a week ago. My husband chose to schedule the appointment during his lunch since he was free to keep an eye on the technician, keep our dog out of the way, and just make sure he was available if needed. He waited just a little over 2 hours so I encouraged him to call All Seasons to ask what happened, where the tech was and his ETA (since the company did not reach out to us). The lady he spoke to was short and rude and explained to him that the tech was probably stuck at another site. When he did show up he was at our house for less than 10 minutes since it was a simple fix. Now for our week of hell, the company called us everyday for the payment. When my husband would get off work he'd call and no answer. Eventually they started calling me and I eventually found out they closed at 4:30 (most people aren't even off work yet)!! I shared our concerns with the receptionist Rosy and she was extremely rude, offered the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, and left myself and my husband frustrated and unheard. We asked if there was anything she could offer us (discount or even just an apology on behalf of the company) for their terrible communication. We both spoke to Rosy on separate accounts about our tech being late, the company not informing us he'd be 2 hours late, and then making us feel like it was our fault. The comments that left us both unhappy by Rosy were (not word for word, but close):1. Us (me):We were really frustrated over the communication that happened on the arrival of the tech. We were curious if there was any chance you could offer a small discount or something to allow us to feel heard. Rosy: *Pauses, stops talking for a few seconds* No, did he show up? Did he fix the screen? If he did I don't see what you're complaining about. 2. Us (husband): I waited 2 hours and I HAD to call you guys on his status. I work and I chose to book a time where I was free. Rosy: Okay, well you should have called earlier. Us: You should have called us. That's what good customer service is. Rosy: Okay. If you're looking for affordable retractable screens and a great tech this is the company for you, but if you're look for communication and anything else that's a part of customer service I'd advise you to look elsewhere.

Worse screens ever! Very poor quality, lousy installation. Would never recommend these screens to anyone! I had to have them replaced within two months. Don't waist your money!

Malcolm came out to repair our sliding door that they had installed last year. I was having a slight problem and called them out. They had initially quoted me $75 to repair, but once Malcolm diagnosed the issue, he said that he would not charge me for the visit. I appreciate a company that doesn't want to charge you at every turn, but focuses on customer service. Thank you Malcolm, it is very much appreciated.

I was introduced to retractable screens a few years ago when my parents got one. When we purchased our home 2 years ago I was told our door was too large for a retractable screen from other companies. With in hours of contacting All Seasons, someone was at our home and measuring and showing us our options. We are THRILLED with our purchase of our custom retractable screen. We live on a canyon and get a beautiful breeze and couldn't fully take advantage of it until we had our screen on the door. Thank you All Seasons - we love our screen!

They offer a lifetime warranty, however they don't honor it and have limitations in place so what ever the issue is, warranty is not applicable. Nice door, until it doesn't work. Your response fits the profile of a company that does not stand behind their warranty. The screen was Tearing away at the top where it was supposed to be securely attached in 2019. This had nothing to do with the bottom where debris had built up. Every time the door would be opened or closed it would tear away a little bit more at the top. You could see clearly it was not securely attached and had let go where it was originally attached. We had the previous screen for14 years and never had a problem until I had it replaced. And your comment that we did not regularly maintain the screen was incorrect. We regularly cleaned out the bottom area with a hose. We had not done it at that time because I knew we were going to have it serviced And I wanted him to see how it was working at its current state.

We purchased these All Seasons Retractable Screens years ago. We have had them serviced and recently replaced. This company sent a great young man named Bryce who did a great job. After a visiting dog decided to create his own doggie door on our back door screen. Bryce did an amazing job replacing 3 of our 4 invisible screen doors. We love these screens. We've been able to let air flow throughout the house utilizing these screens behind our security gates. I would highly recommend this company due to the great services we've had from them.
