I walked in here after Sephora treated me horribly. The women here were so happy and nice to me. I felt like they weren't just trying to sell me things but really trying to educate me on applying makeup and the products that I was looking at. I spent $200 at this place just because I loved how they treated me. There's absolutely no point for me to ever go to Sephora ever again after I found a place that is more suitable to my customer service expectations.You have gained a loyal customer.

One of the best shopping experiences I've had. The associate was so genuinely kind & went the extra mile to help me find what I needed. The store itself is lovely & well stocked.

I was so shocked to see reviews that said the staff does it know their products and ingredients. I worked with Heather at the Bluemercury store in San Luis Obispo, and when I say she was knowledgeable I mean she knew every single product and every single ingredient within it. I came in very specifically looking for a clinical grade anti-aging products, I walked away with probably four of the best products you can get your hands on and I have Heather to thank for it. Both her and the other young lady within the store were also very very nice. Will be shopping here long term.
