“I hired Sepanta Electric to troubleshoot a power outage that we were experiencing in a downstairs area of our house. We had several other electricians out previously to troubleshoot and they could not find the problem or did not return to continue trying to troubleshoot. Ben came out initially and spent about an hour trying to determine if it was an easy fix. After determining the problem was more complex, he returned with 2 other employees to perform a more thorough search. “We contacted Peter Erwin within a few weeks before the deadline for net-metering (NEM) 2.0 applications in California. This was after one of the big solar companies had declined our project because our main panel was not considered solar ready. Pete completely saved the project (and the day) for us: He installed a new main panel, elegantly kept the old panel as a sub-panel and also found a solution to keep the required distance from the gas aerator despite the relative lack of space where the new panel needed to be placed. He then installed solar panels for us at a fair price. Just like with the main panel, Pete completely followed through with this project, too. “I hired TD West to upgrade my electric panel from 100 AMP to 200 AMP. The old panel was above gas meter, so it had to be moved, and the overhead service drop from PGE needed to be replaced as well to meet current code. Dinh was my main point of contact on the project and was fantastic to work with. Home improvement projects give me a lot of anxiety, and I like to ask lots of questions to understand all the details of what is happening. Dinh patiently answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the project. The project required coordinating with PGE and the city of Oakland for inspections. Terry kept on top of and managed all of those details and kept everything on schedule. Salvador and Andrew were the two lead electricians that did the work. They were very professional and did a great job on the installation. Everyone from TD West was on time for every appointment. All inspections passed on the first try. Every phone call or text I had with a question was answered within a reasonable time frame. On top of all of that they offer a fair price. TD West will be my first choice for all future projects.“
