I recently had an inspection done on a property I’m getting ready to sell, and it came back saying the house needed full fumigation for termites. Naturally, that was a pretty big concern—both in terms of cost and what it would mean for the sale.
I decided to get a second opinion and reached out to Time’s Up Termite, and I’m really glad I did. They took a thorough look and were upfront and honest from the start. I requested an inspection on yelp and got prompt response and scheduled a timely appointment. The inspector, David, arrived early, and he is also very polite and wears shoe covers when going through the interior. I feel that he listens to my concerns and makes reasonable suggestions, very easy to work with. I will definitely consider the business when I need service in the future.
