I am forever grateful for Jeanine who helped our family through the process of planning the services for our mom. During this difficult and sorrowful journey, she was comforting, empathetic and provided guidance, not as a service provider but as a friend and family member. They did an amazing job taking care of our beloved mom; she was the picture of serene, natural beauty in a deep sleep. I know our mom would have welcomed Jeanine with loving arms into her home and heart. Thank you Jeanine, you will forever be in our hearts and prayers. ❣️

I cannot express what a pleasure it was working with Kevin from Santos Robinson Mortuary. My dad passed away a month ago. My parents had done their arrangements back in 2002, so I thought that meant everything was done and we would just need to finalize things. Little to my surprise there were still lots of decisions to be made. Kevin was so helpful before we arrived to meet with him he had already made sure the casket my Dad had chosen back in 2002 was still available (which it was). He then gave us a recommendation for a pastor to do the service, a flower person and many other very helpful hints. The staff at Santos Robison Mortuary in a few words empathy, professionalism, and clarity. But, I’d like to elaborate more, during the most difficult time of losing the life of my 17 year young niece. Funeral director Kevin and counselors Kathie, Shannon and Jeanine provided the most genuine care. They didn’t handle our situation as “business” they guided us as “family”. During our preparations, Kevin took time to explain every option and answered our questions without ever making us feel pressured to make any decision in the moment.
