Customer service is top tier, the staff is friendly and very good with communication. Special shoutout to Jin for my Totoro tattoo, Jordan for my flower tattoo and Bill for the cow tattoo. I highly recommend this location will be back again in the near future!
Spectacular work and great attention to detail! I've been here (3) times for tattoos and I have left happy and satisfied with the work. Special thanks to Jordan for my Mushroom, and Hammerhead shark tattoo. Also shout-out to Zac for my Aztec tattoo last year! Great team and super friendly staff! I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you're in the San Leandro and East Bay! You can do appointment and they also take walk-ins. Looking forward to my next tattoo with!
