April is an amazing artist!! I met her when she was at another shop, and then followed her to San Leandro. She is patient and creative, and always turns my ideas into gorgeous works of art. I get SO many compliments on my tattoos when I’m out in the wild. :) Her shop is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. My tattoos always heal nicely and have stayed vibrant years later. I highly recommend April to anyone thinking of their next tattoo! And if you don’t want a tattoo - she does gorgeous pet portraits that I’ve given as gifts to family members. And she has great stickers!! :)

My tattoo artist is Mallory Reynolds, and I will only go to her for my tattoos. She is such a kind and compassionate person, she’s great for newbies and veterans of the tattoo world. I’m severely needle phobic and she has worked really hard with me so I could get my pieces done. She’s done 4 out 5 of my tattoos and she even fixed one of them that I got at another shop. She fairly charges for her art and I’ve never have felt like I was being scammed by her. During the tattoo she checks in repeatedly and never makes you feel bad if you have to take a break. I’m so looking forward to working with her again on my next pieces. 10 out of 10 I truly recommend her.

I love April and her studio! I’ve had three tattoos from her and love each one of them. I still get compliments of her work even after three years post the first tat. April’s work and detail is amazing. She really listens to what you want while adding her artistic touch to it. Her watercolor and over color techniques is out of this world. Her and her team of artists are super talented. The studio is so cute and welcoming, and clean. She really cares about what you want and will work with you to create your dream design. Unfortunately for me I moved away from the area (or else I’d have more by her), but I will still make the trip to her again once I make up my mind… read full review
