Excellent service. Christian spent more time than I expected in search for a 4x6 redwood post with minimal knots. We looked through his rough cut inventory and found the perfect piece. He then cut it to size and planed it smooth. I'll be returning to this yard for my fencing project in the future.

This is lumber company knows the meaning of "customer service". They are high quality in providing customer service. I was greeted and served by Javier who didn't talk to me like he knew more than me and understood I had a "shopping list" to pickup lumber supply. I'm not a contractor - just the home owner who was asked to pickup fence supplies. He listened when I explained my project. His explanations and directions to pickup supplies were clear. In picking up the supplies I was greeted by Juan - no waiting around. He was servicing another customer but acknowledged my presence as soon as I drove into the pickup area. These guys are great. I've been a contractor in San Jose for 22 years, but have recently moved to San Ramon. I had no idea where to go for QUALITY lumber in the area. I needed redwood fencing, so I started making calls. Even though there are lumber yards closer to me, just by the phone call alone I felt that Larson lumber would be my best bet. They didn't disappoint. Awesome customer service, and great looking lumber. I haven't had a chance yet to compare prices, but if you're a contractor, you know that if a lumber company has been around this long their prices will be competitive.
