I have been coming to Lance since I was in Middle School and he has never disappointed. He takes his craft seriously, and he is very good at what he does. He always keeps a very inviting professional environment inside the Barbershop. Lance is the only Barber that I trust to cut my hair.

I've been going to get my hair cut by Lance The Barber for almost 20 years now. The man is consistent, clean and incredibly skilled. He's always helped provide the TRUE barber experience everytime I've gone to get a cut. We always discuss the topics ranging from local issues, music, politics and everything in between. The man helps whoever is in his chair feel welcomed and taken care of. Due to COVID-19, his business is unfortunately in jeopardy. I truly hope restrictions will soon be lifted for Alameda County and the state in general, sooner rather than later. I'd be absolutely heartbroken if this man lost his business to these ridiculous rules (ie, liquor stores can stay open because they sell ramen and chips with no social distancing, but barbers can't limit their customers ). This man is a local legend! Please help support!

Lance is the best barber in the Bay Area. He has been cutting my hair for the past 6 years and I've never come home disappointed. He's a friendly and skillful barber, I highly recommend him!

They advertise $95 for shampoo, cut, highlight, and style. My mom left paying $150, with the worse hair cut she has ever had. They charged an extra $10 for long hair highlight, color, and cut.... which was not mentioned. My mom asked for layers and she got a freaking Mullet. Didn't even trim the bottom layer. She asked for red with blonde highlights, she got her normal brown hair with botched bleach highlights. Oh, and what place has you sign a freaking waiver for not being able to color hair correctly? What kind of freak dye are these people using? Stylist was also rude, non talkative, and pressuring. Mom spoke her mind after the awful cut and was still forced to pay full price. I don't even cut hair and I know I can do a better job.
