I am writing this post in response to the negative comment I read regarding Lulu's hair cutting techniques... First off, I was shocked to read the post regarding the woman with her curly haircut catastrophe. My experience with Lulu couldn't be more opposite, she saved me from my COVID hair debacle. I literally called Kim ( the owner ) in a panic to see if she could fit me in, she was full but gave me the option to see her assistant. I replied, "no thank you, I need someone with far more experience." Kim reiterated that Lulu was new to Lacquer, not to hair. Desperate as I was I went in and OMG- she worked that sh*t out! Lulu has cut my hair twice now. She is absolutely amazing - my hair always looks and feels great and healthy after I see her. She is also pleasant and efficient which makes getting a hair cut fun!

I love Lulu. I was super nervous when I went in because I am have been growing out my grey hair for a year and a half. I went in today, she cut all of my grey off and added platinum highlights to blend with my grey. Best thing about her: She listened to want I wanted!
